Snooker China Open: Four Quarterfinalists Determined, Two Chinese Players Lose 2-6, O'Sullivan Also Eliminated
On August 13 Beijing time, the last 16 matches of the Snooker China Open took place. Four matches were completed yesterday, with the Chinese contingent having four players and achieving one win and three losses. Two of them suffered heavy defeats: Wu Yize lost 2-6 to the resurgent veteran Gilbert, and Xiao Guodong lost 2-6 to Murphy, a strong player among the "80s Five Tigers". Meanwhile, Liu Hongyu lost 4-6 to Zhou Yuelong in a Chinese derby.
