On the night of August 17, Beijing time, journalist Miao Yuan reported that Dalian Yingbo has lodged a complaint regarding four contentious calls from their away defeat to Yuku. Among them, they question if Cayó, while in an offside position, obstructed the goalkeeper's view during Yuku's equalizing goal. These cases will likely be seen in the upcoming CFA evaluation.

In the Chinese Super League Round 23 match two days ago, Dalian Yingbo took the lead away from home, but national team player Mao Weijie was sent off, and they eventually conceded three goals in a row, losing the three points they had in hand. The referee Mu Yuchen made several controversial decisions during the match.

In the 71st minute, Yuku's equalizer was scored by foreign player Cayó, who was in an offside position in the penalty area and appeared to block the view of Dalian Yingbo goalkeeper Liu Weiguo, potentially gaining an advantage.

In the 74th minute, Lyu Zhuoyi was knocked down in the penalty area by an unnecessary defensive elbow from Huang Zichang, but the referee did not award a penalty.

Furthermore, at the 20th and 36th minutes, Mao Weijie received two yellow cards, leading to his dismissal. Whether the punishment was too harsh is also debatable.
