Opening of the Toyota Cup 2026 National U9 Football Tournament

This afternoon (August 12), the opening ceremony of the Toyota Cup 2026 National U9 Football Tournament was held at the IEC Quang Ngai International Education City Inter-level School, Nghia Lo Ward, Quang Ngai Province.

This year's tournament features the participation of 28 outstanding U9 football teams from across the country. The matches will take place from August 12 to August 25.

At the opening ceremony, the organizing committee stressed the importance of this event. As the youngest age-group tournament in the national competition system, it serves as a strategic stepping stone to discover and nurture more young talents for the future of Vietnamese football. For the sixth consecutive season, Toyota Vietnam Motor Company continues to accompany as the main sponsor.
